Andrew is a new to the building management industry. He joined Noble in January 2023, and is primarily from a background in the Veterinary and Aquarium Industries. Immediately prior, Andrew ran his own successful Aquarium business for ten years. Andrew has also worked in the industrial relations sector, as well as in asset finance for Macquarie Bank, and is a freelance editor.
Andrew brings with him a variety of skills that have seen him thrive in the building management environment. As a strong analytical thinker, he is often able to solve complex issues of various types. He pays deep attention to detail and absorbs knowledge quickly. Andrew prides himself in overcoming challenges for the clients he serves. He takes great pleasure in assisting people with their needs and achieving positive outcomes.
Andrew is currently managing four residential buildings in our portfolio, these being Buxton, Maison, The Mile Post and Parkview.
After hours, Andrew is a keen gardener, with an extensive Orchid collection. He also has many years’ experience in handling venomous snakes, and is the local snake catcher for Marrickville and Surry Hills Police - so even if he’s not your Building Manager - you know who to call if you find a snake around!
