Will was born in Barcelona, grew up in Sydney where he completed an Associate Diploma of Business Valuation in 1994, whilst simultaneously working as a property manager in the inner western area of Sydney. He then left for Europe in 1995, where he successfully acquired a further 23 years of high-street real estate experience, by working in the fashion's top capital cities.
Will has developed an exhaustive retail business valuation background. This forte has enabled him to pick winners, develop renowned brands by determining the value of (owned versus franchised) income-generating properties. And this, for the count of some of the most influential retail brands in the high-end and next-to-luxury segments of EMEA markets.
Ten years later, he completed a Masters in Product Management at Mod'Spe Paris, which consequently empowered him in all facets of retail asset management. That is, from CAPEX to OPEX optimisation, passing by project management of shop fit-outs, brand development, boutique ouverture, right-through to channel management and finishing off with intrinsic contract management administration (CMA) plus distribution-mix forecasting.
To be able to exercise (what he calls) the best trade in the world around Europe, Will has continually completed numerous certificates and diplomas such as: APTI-ASSOC 2005 and RICS UPV 2010 to name a few.
Due to personal reasons, Will then decided to come back to Sydney in 2018. Since, he has acquired local building management experience across 72 sites. In 2020, Will regained his real estate agent's licence in NSW, He is currently undergoing his construction licence as well as a real estate diploma, and confirms that a strata management diploma will ensue, connoting that Will is passionate about managing strata complexes and property portfolios.
Strong of this rich pan European experience in retail and commercial real estate, Will handles operations across Noble platforms, and thus oversees that reporting standards are maintained across Noble Building Management sites, as well as Residential and Commercial property management portfolios alike.
Will also wears the hat of BDM, an added responsibility given his innate ability to substantiate (inter alia): fair market value; building budgets; tender analysis; scopes of works, with all stakeholders.
Will's concept of humility is all about becoming a better version of himself with each day, so in his free-time he studies the bible, builds things and equips others. He is also passionate about soccer, but confirms that he only has time to watch the classico, champions league finals and the world cup with family and friends, over an asado or paella of course!
