Having started her Building Management career in 2013, Kylie brings with her an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design as well as 10 years of Customer Service & Leadership experience.
Kylie has worked across multiple building styles and has experience in Residential and Commercial complexes, including BMC's, small scheme buildings and large scheme complexes.
Her keen interest in a building's Environmental impact, Kylie has initiated a number of projects throughout various locations:
- Major scale LED conversion project resulted in extensive electricity and financial savings, equalling $176,000 annual savings (Energy and Maintenance Costs)
- Introduced food waste recycling concept to major food court establishment inside multi-storey mixed-use complex intended to reduce Commercial General Waste landfill and costs.
- Arranged an agreement between OzHarvest and the food vendors of a mixed-use complex resulting in General Waste landfill and associated costs.
Outside of work, Kylie is kept busy with her two children who love to spend all their time outside riding bikes, playing with water and running away from dogs.
