Project Remediate: building sustainability and trust in construction

Project Remediate is a NSW Government opt-in program to help owners corporations remediate flammable cladding on eligible residential apartment buildings. The support includes 10-year interest-free loans and comprehensive program management.  

If you are part of an owners corporation or are a strata manager working with Project Remediate, you can be assured that all builders involved meet the requirements of the Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool (iCIRT) system. This rating is an indicator of excellence and trustworthiness that strata managers and owners can refer to when engaging with builders and it is helping to rebuild trust in the NSW construction industry.
